Scope of Services:

Reviewing as-built information on existing facilities for renovations

Performing site assessments, including a comparison of existing infrastructure to the as-builts, and documentation of all building systems

Providing accurate assessment of existing property by reviewing the physical infrastructure and general conditions of the surrounding areas

Conducting research on existing zoning issues and meeting with city / county building departments, county representatives, and applicable health departments

Confirming zoning requirements, fire and life safety specifications, and permitting processes

Compiling findings into a comprehensive manual for the owners use during decision making, design, and /or lease negotiations.
